Norman L. Rosensteel, PCAM®, CMCA®, AMS™
President and CEO
Mr. Rosensteel has in excess of twenty three years of expertise in the community management industry with the principal focus of his expertise orientated to the management of community associations, HOA's, and commercial properties.
Norman is the CEO of AMI and has earned the PCAM®, AMS® and CMCA® designations from CAI, and the ARM® from IREM, and is a Certified Community Association Manager. He is a licensed General Contractor and Landscape Contractor in California.
Mr. Rosensteel has extensive expertise in community association, and condominium, construction and rehabilitation management, specifications and construction practice, and reserve studies and analysis.
On the local level, he has served as an Association Management Consultant and has been instrumental in the planning and early management of developer controlled accounts. He formerly served on the Board of Directors of Community Associations’ Institute Nevada, as President. He was selected as Portfolio Manager of the Year for 2000 and recently served on the Citizens Advisory Committee of the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County. Mr. Rosensteel also served on CAI’s Legislative Action Committee for two years.
Jeanne Tarantino, PCAM®, CMCA®, AMS™
Senior Vice President
Jeanne Tarantino serves as a principal and Senior Vice President of AMI and has been involved in community association and commercial management since 1989. She has significant expertise in both community association management and commercial management.
Tarantino has obtained her PCAM®, AMS® and CMCA®, and is a Certified Community Association Manager.
Tim Cleary
CFO
Mr. Cleary brings over 15 years of accounting and management experience to Associated Management, Inc. He is experienced in supervising the daily financial operations of not for profit organizations, as well as the presentation of financial statements.
After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Portland State University, he gained experience in the accounting profession working as a Senior Financial Analyst in the capital markets division of a national bank. He has most recently served as Financial Controller of a private college.
Mary E. Savacool, MCP
Associate Vice President, IT
Ms. Savacool has over 20 years experience in computer technology, and is responsible for all aspects of the company's five office wide area network, telecommunications, corporate intranet and the Associated Management Inc. (AMI), and Associated Management of California (AMC) websites.
Past experience includes beta testing software for companies such as Microsoft™ and LucasArts™, as well as independent computer consulting. Before joining Associated Management, Inc., Ms. Savacool worked for a telecommunications company specializing in phone restriction services for the nationwide resort property industry. As Product and Support Manager, she played a lead role in the development to specify and test functionality for the company's real time interactive internet based housekeeping and accounting program. Mary holds a degree in Business Administration, is a Certified Paralegal, and is currently working towards her MSCA, MSCE, and Cisco certifications.
Susan Keenan, ARM®, CMCA®, AMS™
Vice President, Management Operations
Susan is a Nevada State Supervising Community Manager, an Association Management Specialist (AMS), a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), an Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM) a Nevada State Real Estate Broker with Property Manager Permit and 22 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has managed homeowners associations, multi-family properties, single family homes, retail and commercial properties in Nevada, Oregon and California. Susan has lived in Reno for 19 years.
The professional designations and organizations Susan is affiliated with are: Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Member, Northern Nevada/Tahoe Chapter 89, Accredited Residential Manager, ARM® designation, Community Association Institute, Association Management Specialist (AMS), Certified Manager of Community Associations, (CMCA). State of Nevada Real Estate Broker with Property Manager Permit. Past President of the McKenzie River Chamber of Commerce, Citizen of the Year. Susan is currently pursuing her PCAM designation.
Susan has been actively involved in new communities with homeowner associations, both Planned Unit Developments and Condominiums, working with developers, assisting in the pre-planning, review of the governing documents and preparation of budgets. Susan has been involved in the complete rehab of older properties, as well as the continual monitoring of existing properties, maintaining the integrity, property values and quality of life.
Dawn M. Marshall, CMCA®, AMS™, CM
Director, Management Operations in Southern Nevada
Dawn has been in the community management industry since 2001 and is a licensed Nevada Community Association Manager. She is active within Community Association Institute (CAI) serving on several committees. Dawn continues to be active in the education programs offered within the industry and is currently working towards her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
