Associa Welcomes Reno-Based Associated Management, Inc. to Its Family of Companies
AMI Joins Associa
Dallas, TX January 21, 2009 - Associa, the nation's leader in community association management, acquired Nevada-based Associated Management Inc. (AMI), which serves Northern and Southern Nevada, including the Lake Tahoe area, and Northern California.
Established in 1988 in Incline Village, Nevada, AMI currently has three locations in Reno, Las Vegas, and Incline Village, Nevada, and is the only Northern Nevada community management company awarded the elite designation of Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). All management staff hold the CMCA and/or AMS certifications, and are supervised by a PCAM. AAMC designations are only provided to those management companies that exhibit exceptional educational and training programs as well as meet the high standards of CAI. CAI is a national organization dedicated to promoting and improving the well being of those in common interest communities.
AMI's President and CEO, Norman L. Rosensteel, has more than twenty years of experience in the community association management industry and maintains professional qualifications of CMCA, AMS, and PCAM. Mr. Rosensteel has been an instrumental industry leader in Nevada, and had served on the board of directors for the local CAI chapter.
