Electronic Document Service Increases Accuracy and Timeliness of Requests
E-Resale Document Solution
Reno, NV June18, 2009 - Associated Management Inc. (AMI), an Associa Company, is pleased to announce improved electronic resale disclosure information and other documents through Community Archives. Community Archives electronic document solutions improve efficiencies and accuracy of resale and mortgage related association documents.
Documents such as resale disclosure information, governing documents, statements of account/demands/estoppels, mortgage and lender questionnaires, realtor information and other property transaction information are now available online through Community Archives online request system. This new e-document solution increases accuracy and timeliness of responses and tracks transactions, making it easy to check on a request status or review the complete history of resale and refinance related activities.
Realtors, mortgage companies, lenders, attorneys or others needing property transaction documents can easily access the online system through the AMI website at www.amiusa.net.
