Associated Management Community Manager Wins Two CAI Nevada Awards
Lorrie Olson Received Portfolio Manager of the Year and PCAM of the Year from the CAI Nevada Chapter
Reno, NV February 18, 2009 - Associa company, Associated Management, Inc. is proud to announce community manager, Lorrie Olson, was recently awarded Portfolio Manager of the Year and PCAM of the Year from the CAI Nevada Chapter.
The Nevada Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) awards community managers for outstanding work in the field of community management and for bringing awareness and improving the well being of those in common interest communities. Ms. Olson strives to improve the community she lives in as well as those she manages by working with local agencies such as the Tahoe Regional Planning agency and the NV Division of Wildlife. Ms. Olson also is active in local charitable organizations such as the Veterans Guest House in Reno.
Ms. Olson has been a member of the CAI Nevada chapter since 2002 and has been a community manager since 2003. Ms. Olson maintains professional credentials of CMCA, AMS and PCAM and currently works at Associated Management Inc. in Reno, NV.
Associated Management Inc. maintains three locations in Reno, Las Vegas, and Incline Village, Nevada, and is the only Northern Nevada community management company awarded the elite designation of Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) from the CAI. All management staff holds the CMCA and/or AMS certifications, and is supervised by a PCAM. AAMC designations are only provided to those management companies that exhibit exceptional educational and training programs as well as meet the high standards of CAI.
